Since foundation in 1975 Arab Swiss Engineering Company "ASEC" has been providing cement industry with broad range of services ranging from engineering and consultancy services during construction, up to full technical management of plants.

In collaboration with its sister companies, ASEC Engineering and Management is presenting an integrated service portfolio and is well-positioned as the regional market leader in consulting and operation and maintenance management of cement plants.

Company Evolution

Over a lifetime that spans 40 years and through the collaboration of its management and employees, ASEC has established a name in the cement industry associated with quality and advanced technology not only in Egypt but also in the MENA region.

Cooperation with industrys key international players has definitely made ASEC earn its place.

ASEC has been the consultant for more than 30 production lines in Egypt and MENA region including every aspect in a cement plant. Starting from 1987, ASEC has extended its services to include technical assistance and technical management of more than 20 plants in 28 years.

ASEC is currently managing seven cement plants (10 lines) in Egypt namely: Sinai Cement, Sinai White Cement, Misr Beni Suef Cement, Misr Cement "Qena", BMIC Cement, El-Nahda Cement and ASEC El Minya Cement, which collectively produce about 25% of Egypts annual cement production.

ASEC is moving steadily and confidently towards expansion in the MENA and Sub-Saharan regions, as it is currently managing Qatrana Cement Plant in Jordan and Tartous Cement Company in Syria, Cimento Nacional Company in Mozambique and National Cement Share Company in Ethiopia.
